4:50 am Matins (Vigils or Office of Readings)
6:50 am Lauds (Morning Prayer)
7:30 am Mass
followed by Terce
11:45 am Sext (Midday Prayer)
5:00 pm Vespers (Evening Prayer)
7:30 pm Compline (Night Prayer)
SUNDAYS AND SOLEMNITIES
5:30 am Matins (Vigils or Office of Readings)
7:15 am Lauds (Morning Prayer)
8:00 am Mass
12:10 pm Terce and Sext (Midday Prayer)
5 pm Vespers
7:30 (or 7:00) pm Compline (Night Prayer)
