bbey Divine Office: the seven services of the Divine Office focus on the singing of the psalms. As a contemplative community in the Benedictine tradition, we sing all 150 psalms every week. Click here for a photo meditation on the hours of the Office.

ectio Divina: in addition to praying the scriptures together publicly in the Divine Office, we also cultivate the practice of reading and meditating on the scriptures in private prayer, according to the tradition of lectio divina. As a Benedictine monastic community, we build our day around the seven day services which make up the Divine Office, also called the Liturgy of the Hours. We also participate daily in the eucharist.
